Must be simmered in tomato sauce like Swiss Steak. Everybody knows how
Swiss cuisine is so distinctly tied with tomatoes...
Another oddly named dish around here is to put diced sauteed potatoes on a
hotdog and call it an "Italian" hotdog. I suppose the Irish ones come with
marinara sauce... Oops! Sorry, those would be Swiss!
