[CH] TJ Bugspray caution

At the insistance of Peter Moss I will add this caution.

While making the bug spray one must take about 1/3 oz of tobacco
out a pouch and place into tea bag and then into water.

After this operation it is suggested to wash hands well, incase of
TMV in the Raw tobacco.

Or use gloves.
