You might want to add this to your pH meter collection:

Epoch Co. on Friday started selling the "Plantone," which gauges how
electrical activity in plants change with external stimuli such as music,
light or the approach of a human being.
The machine has two sensor clips that are attached to the leaves of the
plant. A strong electrical reaction -- similar to a brain wave -- makes the
device's lamp turn red, a weak one blue, said company spokesman Takayuki
Horiuchi.
