My lovely husband (and I mean that in the most endearing way) bought for 25 cents, a flat of banana pepper plants because we lost some of our transplants to those @$#%^** cutworms. Anyhow, they looked like hell, so I put them in a planter instead of in the garden as a means of keeping these potentially diseased/infected plants away. I can, and could not prior to this observation, see any kind of insect, but on a few plants, the center vein is raised. some leaves look curly or bent too...although as I said, I see no visible insect. Do leaf miners dot his to the center vein or do they just make funky tracks on the leaf? Anyone ever see this? I;'ve been gardening awhile and have never seen anything like this before. Any comments/observations would be most appreciated! "I'd rather be snowshoeing..." Babs
