Hello, again,

This year our passionfruit vine, which has grown from a 5 gallon pot a
year ago this past April, to covering our 20' patio roof and has gone on
to aggrandize our neigbor's eugeniaberry hedge, is covered with
blossoms. With the abbondanza of sweet, delicious fruit in the offing,
do any of you have recipes for passionfruit salsa or any other tropical
delights?
