	  I got it at a local (Kansas City Metro area) liquor
	store named "Gomer's".  They sometimes have 
	apple, cherry, hickory and a couple of others.  It 
	comes in tennis-ball sized chunks.  I use a hatchet
	when I need smaller pieces.  I also noticed the last 
	time I was there that they had some hot sauces on 
	display, but I was in a hurry and didn't stop to look 
	too closely.
