Angel, I live in hot and sticky North Central Arkansas. We have finally started to receive some rain on a regular basis and my garden planted about a month and a half late is starting to take off. My habanero transplants have always been notoriously slow to take root and grow. Try using some Miracle Grow once a week on your garden, this has helped for me. Good luck and give it more time.
