Over 2000 card carrying members - with appologies to the late Senator Mcarthy..<G> 2:Again I refer to the posts, There would have to be at least 2-5 reams of Habanero recipes that are not sauces or salsa's, I don't think there is any reluctance shown by most if not all members of this list, as probably most of them know the Habanero by taste, sight, growing season etc.. 2: a: Scratch ingredient ?? refer to the posts or digest..as above.. 3: Why would we want to control the heat ??? after all this is THE CHILE-HEAD LIST..!!!!!!!!
