<<Robert, Never heard of "white" Habs wonder if they are referring to the pale yellow/orange hab?>> Robert and Chet, Yes, there are white Habs. I have them growing and producing like crazy. They are earlier than regular habanaros. Mine are labeled White Flame Habanero and White Fire Habanero. The White Fires are 2' x 3" are white, then they turn a slightly pale apricot color. They aren't that hot to us-no where like real Habs. I also have a couple of Habanero Tree Peppers. They are interesting as they produce lantern shaped chiles in green, orange, and yellow and red! It's really a pretty plant. It is supposed to grow to 6'! I have one in the ground and one in a pot and we'll see what happens. I do plan to pull my potted chiles into the greenhouse to overwinter this year. So far they both re growing and developing the same. It's unseasonably cool here in the San Francisco Bay Area. We go from cool foggy windy days in the low 60's to well over 100 back to the 60's again. This is not chile weather! Mary-Anne
