I was in Toronto on a business trip just this last February and had the same 
problem.  That is until some friends took me to, I believe the name of the 
area is Kensington Market, where I found a good selection of hot sauces as 
well as dried and fresh chilies.

Happy hunting.  And if you locate some other locations suitable for a 
ChileHead please pass the info along.  You never know when one of us will 
visit that fair city.
