Myron,

Hope you had a chance to pick up Mezzetta's Habanero Hot Sauce as well as the 
Hab Olives whilst in CA. Their headquartered about 30 minutes from here on 
the way to the Napa Valley.  

Another find in Hot Sauce-Cajun is from the French Market Seafood Co., 1101 
N. Peters St., New Orleans. My daughter picked up on a recent trip there.  It 
must be refrigerated.  She traveled prepared w/collasable ice bag for the 
redfish, alligator, turtle and crawdads.  Gotta train these kids right!
