Share? > Several have asked for this, well here it is: 2 16oz cans Premium Black Beans rinsed and drained 1 16oz can Corn rinsed and drained 1 8oz can Red Kidney Beans rinsed and drained 1 Red Bellpepper diced 1 Green Bellpepper diced 1/2 bunch of Cilantro finely chopped, not too fine though 1 Red Onion diced Juice of 1 Lime Salt to taste Black Pepper to taste 1 TBS Olive Oil 1 TBS Honey 2 TBS Italian Dressing Mix together in a large bowl and refrigerate. Better on the second day once the flavors blend together. You can use more or less italian Dressing if you chose, you don't want a lot of liquid in the salad. Yield: 8 to 10 servings
