Biker Billy worked with Burpee (no this ain't a limmerick!) on a "Hybrid Hot
Pepper."  The catalog blurb reads thusly:
NEW Hybrid Jalapeno Pepper.66 days. A blazingly hot jalapeno the hottest
we've ever tasted. Yet it's got a lot more than heat. This jalapeno is
really packed with rich flavor. Billy likes 'em best when they are flaming
red and at their sweetest. Fruits are very large, measuring 2" at the
shoulder and 3-1/2" long. Upright plants are 24" tall. Burpee Exclusive.

Biker Billy has been around for a little while....but I don't know if he's
