>Where do you get seeds for chacoence? >How old is your chacoence plant? >Do its pods have a good flavor? I got the seeds from AVRDC (Asian Vegetable Research & Development Center). Their web site: http://www.avrdc.org.tw My plant was just started this year. From what I have read, it doesn't cross with other varieties, except for maybe C. pubescens. Add to that the fact that the flowers are only open for maybe 24 hours, and there doesn't seem to be too much danger of a cross. I expect the seeds to grow true. I don't have any pods that are ripe, but hopefully that will change soon. Scott... KCK
