Oh well, enough sillyness. The recipe for the portabella marinade is easy to the point of Homer Simpson head smackin' "Douh!" 1 12 oz. can of Chipotles in adobo 1 big bottle of Newmans Own Caesar salad dressing Whirr up in a food proccessor till smooth. Thats it! Slap on those shrooms generously, and place them on grill, gill side down. Flip every couple minutes and try to avoid burning them, though they are very forgiving. Baste as you flip, and when the gills start bubbling they are done. You can vary the basic recipe by adding other flavors such as Lee & Perrins or substitute a jerk paste for the chipotles. I don't think I've made it the same way twice. This past weekend I used a small bottle of the salad dressing and made up the remainder of the volume with a half pint of brandy. Was quite tasty! =Mark "Runs With Scissors" Stevens @ http://www.exit109.com/~mstevens @ @ ICQ# 2059548 @ Where ya' from? Jersey. Yeah? What exit?
