indeed!!
On topic: picked up some serranos at my local Winn Dixie yesterday,
purposely chose only the ones that were orange, and they had heat equal to
thai birds. This almost makes up for the past several years of bell-pepper
strength jalapenos. Just curious if anyone ever experienced serranos of that
intense heat-level before, because it was a first for me.
