One can imagine any number of reasons why the odd mistake might crop up, as
we say, even involving otherwise excellent suppliers.

But...we have no idea who you're talking about.  When complaints include
actual names of the supplier at issue, we can begin making our own
assessment of the consistency of that particular supplier.  And if some
particular supplier engenders large numbers of complaints, well...

Complaints are the same as endorsements -- it's the details that are
useful.
