Well fellow heads, I mostly lurk on this list but today I just gotta tell ya all that my pepper patch is about to produce more than I can process. I need some further suggestions on how to preserve my peppers so I can use them later. Freezing? Drying? What??? We pickle as much as possible and I have made MANY jars (pints) of my 'special' salsa but I am interested in something new. I would like to have some ideas please.
