Have to comment on chipotles.... if I had to pick ONE pepper to have to take to a desert island, it
would be these beauties... tho I LOVE habs <especially Jim's smoked flakes!> I have to say that the
flavor of chipotles is my favorite of all peppers.... especially the chipotles in adobo sauce...
what a blend of sweet, garlic, smoke, heat, chili.... man, I'm motivated to make a batch right NOW!

You remind me of a couple years ago when I first made chipotles.  I
also had to write to the list and rave about the wonderful smell.  I
couldn't stop looking and sniffing either :)
