Hi there... I'm hoping to get some suggestions from list members. I live in a fairly remote area, and so there isn't a large selection of chilies, sauces... available here. I'd like to get my hands on something to really ignite my curries, without overpowering the flavor too much. I've noticed some talk of "habanero powder" - could I use this in place of the standard chili powder or cayenne? Where would be a good source to obtain it by mail? (Preferably in Canada. ) Thanks...
