let's not forget some of
the others who are also
playing with Mother Nature.
In addition to Monsanto
who introduced slower
ripening tomatoes there is
Calgene, DNA Plant Technology
and Zeneca Plant Sciences
with their increased pectin
tomatoes.
Are you a squash lover?
There is Asgrow Seeds being
bought by Monsanto that
introduced virus resistant squash.
For potato lovers Monsanto
has insect resistant potatoes.
And Mycogen, Novartis, DeKalb
Genetics and Pioneer Hi-Bred
introduced various types of
genetically engineered corn.
Calgene is the one to thank
for genetically engineered
oils such as canola oil.
Yet more reasons to eat
more chiles and to grow
your own of everything.
