FWIW, back on making powders, I just spoke with someone who uses a "Champion"
Juicer.  He says that he inserts entire dried peppers, and this machine spits
the seeds and stems out one side, and the powder out the other (where the juice
would come out).  He did make a point of saying you have to put a plastic baggie
tight around the powder side or you'll get dangerous fumes....
