Dear all, This weekend I have invited my sister in law and husband for a dinner. Now my Big Jim's, first time I grow them thanks to Margaret L, are about 5" long over 1" thick and still green. Never the less, I would like to use a few to stuff them to make an appetizer with the Stuffed Pepper recipe Sharen Rund sent lately (and steel the show...). Has any of you experience with filling Big Jim's, and is it recommended while there green? Thanks in advance for your reply Hot regards Rob
