Greetings fellow C-Headers, I'm sure someone, probably many, out there have added half of a Hab. or Caribbean Red Hot to a crock pot of chili while cooking. (?) We have some friends coming over for dinner on Sunday, one of whom, along with my wife, is less than a dedicated Chile-Head. They do like a bit 'o heat, but for some odd reason don't enjoy blasting their tongues off. How much heat can I expect to get from a pot of chili cooked with half of a medium sized Hab. or Caribb. added to it. I don't mean diced up; I was just thinking of throwing it in while it cooked, and pulling it out afterward. Then serving it with some home-made chile powder on the side to adjust to personal preferences. The crock pot is the 4 - quart size. Thanks in advance, Erich
