These sound really good but I don't think I'll be able to
find cabrito ribs around here. I can't even find beef ribs
around here! And what's the deal with pork steaks in this 
area?? Sorta like the leather in my shoe, maybe someone here
has a recipe that will make them edible? Anyway, I digress...
I need to make an offer to AutumnRhea... I have a firstborn
that I would like to offer up in trade :))) He comes complete 
with  facial jewelry, music that could curl your hair (no 
need for perms LOL!) and best of all I believe he's completely
housebroken :) So maybe we make a deal for some of that Jammmin' 
Jelly?! If not maybe you could post yer recipe here so I can
*attempt* my own version of it!
