Xnipec, from the habanero cookbook (pronounced "schnee-peck"):

2 habs
2 tomatoes
1 onion
1/3 c lime juice
3 tbs. cilatro

Chop it all up, and let sit a few hours.  Add the cilantro before serving.

Note:  I just whiz the whole thing up together, adding a few more habs.
