Xnipec is a Mayan word for salsa which I've seen translated as 
"dog nose", "dog breath" and "dog vomit". The two recipes posted 
today make a total of five that I know of. The thread in all of them is 
Habaneros and lime juice. Pronounced Schnee Peck
