Hi C-H's, This is a bit out of date, but I'll post it anyway. Further to the good advice supplied by Brent T. and others, I would like to add a couple of things about using your oven. An electric oven will work better than a gas one, because the combustion of gas in air produces water as a part of the reaction. (That's why gas ovens outperform electric ones for bread making.) If you use a gas oven, put it on a low setting (less than 200degF) and prop the door open slightly with a chopstick or pencil to allow the escape of steam and water vapor.
