Equal parts if fresh, 10:1 if dried. > >"The only thing that is NOT included in an 'Authentic > >Chili' is beans". Right. Thanks. Mexicans that don't have beans with > >every meal. Makes sense. > Chili isn't Mexican, it's a US invention. It's amazing how many don't know that. But, Mexicans do LIKE chilli. I have some Mexican friends who run a restaurant which serves Greek, Murrican and Mexican cuisine. When I am coming home from a chilli cook-off or similar deal and have any excess (past my cook's sample) I drop it off for Isidro and Joaquin to enjoy. Then next time I stop by I enjoy a complimentary meal of Bistek Rajas or a Mexican T-Bone. It averages out. ENJOY!!! -- Uncle Dirty Dave's Kitchens Home of Yaaaah Hoooo Aaahhh HOT Sauce & Hardin Cider
