Nope, at this point I have suggested~ A~ method of treating seeds with 
chlorine to reduce the probabilty of seed borne diseases.

I have also suggested ~A~ method of sterilizing pots to reduce the
possibility of infections.

I have just recieved a note from someone who say's that Oregon claims
one can use 10 to 50 ppm of chlorine to spray on plants once per
month. As soon as I can translate for us space challenged  folks
I'll let you know.
