Don't worry, I love lamb. As an USA boy I grew up on a farm raising sheep
and hogs. Gotta love 'em both, especially with chiles. If anybody's got any
good spicy lamb dishes, I'd love to see them.

As for Skyline chili, people need to embrace diversity. Sure, it ain't Texas
chili, but wouldn't things be a little duller without it? That's what
regional food is all about.
