OK, so I am not the norm. I liked Skyline in Cincinnati, and we copy it at times, spicing it up, or use whatever chili we are making, one meal straight and the next like Skyline -- and ..always.. 5-way (chili, pasta, chopped onions, and melty cheese all over) of course. On the other tack, I cannot imagine what people see in White Castle. I have friends, otherwise completely sane, who can't go to Columbus (OH) without having at least one meal at the WC. Well, to each his own; I like Jalapeņo jelly on cottage cheese, salt on muskmelon, and hot pepper quesadillas for breakfast (same ingredients, but I nuke 'em instead of fry). Byron, that trip you mentioned used to take 3-5 minutes. It takes .much. longer now. I got away with the frost last week, but my neighbor lost all her peppers. I'm trying to get firmly entrenched groundhogs out of my greenhouse, so that my potted peppers might stand a chance.....
