Here tis, 10 Dried Apricots chopped fine and thrown in fer the last 5 min of cooking and a half cup orf Apricot Jam (Jelly?).. I don't think this sauce is a keeper as there is too much sugar but then again not enough if ya know what I mean.. Like its a hot sweet sauce but its not quite a Jam (jelly).. anyway I still have some left and will keep an eye on it. Don't really know about the preserving qualities of Mexican Chocolate, but to me its probably got some milky/buttery ?? oil in it so most likely could cause prob's.. Its damm nice though..
