  Gareth, you are absolutely correct about the Mr Coffee dehydrator.
Got mine 8 years ago and it works like a champ and is easy to clean.
Will have to try your idea of opening up a tray - I've got ~ 100 habs to
dehydrate this weekend.  No affiliation, blah, blah; but don't want to
hear about the Red Sox - I'm a Tribe fan...Keep those ideas rollin' in.
Hey Rael; you ever use a dehydrator for peppers?
