Anyone out there have a recipe for making caramels? I wanted to make a hab flake laced one and
coat it with chocolate.... any answers from Euro or UK list members would especially be appreciated,
as some ingredients like corn syrup are pretty diff to find here. Thanks in advance! I'm dreaming of
spicy "turtles", caramel covered walnuts or pecans then coated on choccy..... a gooey mouthful!
