He says he just thinks it must taste like uni as it looks and smells like 
uni---think I worded it wrong.  Sorry!  Too many long "daze" staring at the 
computer screen and attending the Highpoint Furniture Show.  Found the 
recommended (CH'er) jerk sauce by Down Island Dexter's XXXHotXXX in 
Greensboro, NC.  WOW!

We're planning to hop over the pond to London for the Millennium thing.  
We'll really need a rest by then as it's been a year since we journeyed to 
Burma and Thailand on Holiday.  I'll look for seeds in the UK and France.  
It's always fun to see something different for the garden.  Maybe we'll find 
some different chile seeds over there.
