But TRUE putanesca sauce is traditionally much spicier, and contains
anchovies and more chiles.  I generally use 'Alici Piccante' (anchovies
packed in chile oil) and 'Olive Piccante' (olives cured with chiles), along
with a few additional chiles when making it.
