Where are they located? I've never heard of them,
but they sound like just the ticket.
It would be nice to get some dried onion that isn't
A) stale as all get-out, or B) adulterated by junk to keep it
"free-flowing" - which seems to always give it a metallic taste.
Speaking of dried onions, has anyone tried that at home with
a dehydrator? Is it worth the effort? Is there a problem with
fumes, like sometimes happens with chiles?
