Carmen, Where are you staying in Hong Kong and when will you be there? Its a great place to shop and eat. I was there last year for the month of November, and wished I had brought more money for shopping. As far as Eats for Chile-Heads go there are plenty of little restaurants everywhere, so try them all if you dare. One place in the Wan Chai district is called something like the Chili Club or something like that. I'll see if I have it in my notes. I would be remise if I did not tell you to go to the Rainforest Cafe at the Festival Walk Mall (I was on the opening team and know some people there). Food is everywhere. Some good, some very different shall we say, but try what you can. I want to go back someday. You can get more information, and I suggest you from the web site or by calling them. Here's the web site: www.hkta.org If you stop at the Rainforest Cafe ask for Chef Lee and tell them that "Chile" from the International Training Team sent you. Also say hello to Chiu Kwok Ling who is also a good friend. Their BBQ Beef Ribs use my recipe, somewhat toned down, and is very good. Contact me direct for more information.
