Anthony, The simplest way doesn't cost any investment (such as a food dehydrator). Just string them up into a vertical ristra with a needle and thread and place in a sunny windowsill. Right now I have Pueblo, Cayenne and Hot Lemon on different strings and they are totally dried out. Even easier for tiny, thin skinned varieties such as Tabasco, Thai Sun and Fluorescent is to just place them on a paper plate in a sunny windowsill.
