That was me and so I think I have to give some more explanation...,
When you suffer off stomach acid, these are the belches with 'nice' taste,
this is often a reaction that the level of acids in your stomach is to low
for good digestion of the food you have eaten, with other words the food
can't be digest.
So, adding more acid will help your stomach to digest the food and so will
help you to get rid of the acid thing.
It is just adding 2-5 drops of HCL (37%) in a glass of water.

This is completely different for people suffering of an ulcer.
They have too (want too) drink calcium liquids to lower the acid level as
the acid cause the stomach pains on the place where the ulcer is located.
This is the reason that when you have an ulcer you must avoid food which is
hard to digest as this will stimulate your stomach to make more acids and
cause pain.

But I'm sure that eating peppers will have a positive influence on our
digestion.

Hot Regards
