Try the Absolute Peppar in Bloody Mary's.  
We made our own Pepper Vodka with 3 Golden Habs and a Scorpion Hot
Pepper, 10 Whole Black peppers and a whole lemon rind.  Man, it was
almost TOO HOT.  I know there is no such thing as too hot but I made
martinis for me and my neighbor Gary with it and he screamed like hell
when he tasted it.  I enjoy it but I will cut it down to just one Hab
and one Scorpion next time.
