Just to stay on topic, I finally found where in the fridge my Yucatan hab sauce went to. In the time it's been missing amongst the bottles and mysterious furry things {kidding, really!} it seems to have lost it's potency. I quite liberally soaked a salad with black bean hummus {better than traditional, IMO} in the stuff and didn't even get a fizzle. I miss my Melinda's special reserve. :( I guess it's time to make the trek to the local burger place where I got my last bottle {and to get Dad a couple of burgers, they're the good 'n' greasy ones fried with onions}.
