I have my lights on chains and S-hooks to adjust. It keeps them close and I can arrange the seedlings tallest to shortest and tilt the fixtures to keep the light supply equitable to all. Looks kind of strange, but the peppers don't seem to mind. Also, most inexpensive flourescent fixtures have inadequate (if even existent) reflectors. I built some and added them to my fixtures to harness every last lumen. Scott... KCK
