I use David Rosengarten's recipe for home made ketchup and make my own "Habanetchup". I just add some Calvin's mythical powder plus fresh habs, Jim's Fiery Hot Habanero Sauce (one of the best combos) &/or other fav hab sauce of the day where the recipe calls for "hot sauce".
