I use all of the home-made recipes I have seen here. But, I've found a
way that I can stand Tabasco - Hunt's Tabasco Ketchup.
Not blazingly hot... but, not mild either. And the catsup cover the
nasty sour vinegar taste of Tabasco. Quite nice on anything that you'd
use catsup on.
