[CH] jalapeno sauce

CH-ers:

I am sure this is an area covered MANY times before. I have a beautiful
crop of jalapenos and would love to make a sauce similar to the one made
by McIlhenny's (to which I am totally addicted..beautiful with avocado
on toast...but it's so expensive in Aust!). None of the sauces I have
tried have quite the right taste.
Anyone with suggestions?
