We have our Masters Games [Baseball is one of my Redneck poisons]
coming up again this year [July] and I was wondering if anybody on the
list had a recipe for the Ball park hot dog of their choice,  I hope to
get a Butcher to make a batch of Ball park specials, ..

What i'm looking for is the actual recipe for the "sausage", and also
the serving suggestions, roll type, Slaw recipe, mustard, [oops nearly
forgot Chile Sauce] etc..... serving suggestions also..

I will be having some major input again this year as I'm the Media
liason officer, and fundraising supervisor, and hope to make a  power
play for the food quality section as well.

I believe that people have to get a quality feed and if they do, they
will keep coming back for more, correct me if i'm wrong..[sic]. Got to
admit last yr we probably charged too much for the quality of food we
offered.. This yr I'm on the case..

FWIW  i had a great dog in Orlando FLa at a small shack on International
drive run by a Jewish guy who originally hailed from New Yawk, [well
thats what he told me anyway]..
