I don't know a whole lot about what to put ON the hot dogs or anything, BUT

I married into a very Polish family.  My father in law recently made his
usual run to Kowalski's because he didn't have time to make his own
sausages.  (Yeah, he makes his own kielbasa right down to the hog casings).
He went to Kowalski's and got, among other things, hot dogs and stadium
kielbasa's.  While their hot dogs are pretty darn good, the stadium
kielbasa's are to DIE for!  They are REALLY good!

Regarding sauerkraut?  Well, they do use a lot of it!  We like to put dijon
mustard, sweet/hot pepper rings and onions on our dogs and sometimes cheese.
