this is obviously a misprint.  likely supposed to have been age 13.
the error prolly occurred due to an involuntary shudder on the part of
the typist when confronted with the socially unsavoury concept ...
   one more comment, please don't forget the noble CHili dog !
top that dog with your favourite CHili, & garnish with chopped white
onion & shredded cheddar or mozza.
